We have an exemplary record with road transport in Australia.
Our fleet of vehicles and trailers are based at our Depth Defence Logistics Centres in Brisbane, Townsville, and Darwin. We can deliver every conceivable road freight capability for any logistics task, from a small aircraft component through to heavy haulage of an M1A2 Abrams tank and passengers.
Our drivers are among the industry’s finest and are highly qualified and experienced civilians and ADF veterans. Our veterans all have NV1 security clearance and most qualifications for a broad range of military vehicles.
All drivers have MSIC and ASIC cards and are very well versed in wharf and airport cargo operations.
Depth Defence Logistics is a DISP member and the only heavy haulage contractor with this important security standing. We are also ITAR compliant and all drivers are dangerous goods qualified.
We take transport security seriously so we are members of the Transport Asset Protection Association and have attained Facilities Security Requirements class C. We are continually building upon our qualifications with respect to transport security and dangerous goods carriage.
