Biosecurity Washing
Depth Logistics have Approved Arrangements with DAFF to provide cargo washing services.
We have our own fully equipped DAFF biosecurity washpads in Brisbane and Townsville at our Depth Defence Logistics Centres which can operate 24/7 in all weather as they are well lit and underroof.
We are also approved to perform biosecurity washing on the wharf in Cairns, Townsville, Darwin and at Australian Defence Force bases.
Apart from our own washpads we have a fully mobile biosecurity washing service equipped with everything we need to get your cargo cleared by DAFF anywhere in Australia.
Depth Logistics also offer a SEA PREP service where we can deploy our fully customised and equipped container to anywhere in the world.
As defence logistics contractors our speciality and priority is washing military equipment however we also perform DAFF washing on containers, cars, agricultural machinery, construction equipment and practically any other type of cargo when we have the capacity to do so.
Our “in house” team is highly experienced and comprises former DAFF and MAF officers, ADF veterans and diesel fitters. We have every conceivable expertise that is required to get your cargo washed and released by DAFF.
Getting your cargo to and from our washpads in Brisbane and Townsville is performed by our own road transport fleet which can handle everything from air cargo, LCL, containers through to oversize earthmoving equipment and break bulk cargo.
We have a flat rate pricing structure that is all inclusive apart from DAFF’s own inspection fees. Please contact us for a quote and availability.
